On October 14, students in Community College of Philadelphia’s Photographic Imaging program linked up with some Spring Garden Records artists for an afternoon long photo shoot. The collaboration took place at the photo department’s studios and featured some of the initial artists releasing on the label: Grander Lavail, Amari and Cranberry Juice Burgundy. For our inaugural outing we’re heading to deep South Philly to get cheesy at Oregon Steaks (10th & Oregon) with Philly DJ, producer, and label-owner, Dev79.

Gair Marking aka Dev79 has been a staple of the local scene for well over a decade now. Credited as the founder of
